About the Position

We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Quality Technician for our client. You will be an important link between production, customers, and suppliers, with the opportunity to develop in both technical and leadership tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

Main responsibility for programming and optimizing our Zeiss measuring machine
Develop and streamline daily measurements for technicians and operators
Responsible for calibration of all measuring equipment
PPAP and outcome measurement including documentation
Handling customer and supplier complaints as well as internal deviations
Root cause analysis, 8D reports, and improvement suggestions
Establishing control instructions and measurement protocols
Training technicians and operators in measurement technology and measuring equipment
Operational work with management systems ISO9001/ISO14001
Operational work with Ecovadis
Assist in other departments as needed

Your Profile

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of programming and measurement in Zeiss measuring machines
Generally good knowledge of measurement technology, including profile projectors, Mitutoyo Conetracer, and hand measuring tools
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
Experience in complaint handling and customer/supplier communication
Basic knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001
Experience in outcome measurement management
Fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Experience in cutting machining
Experience with Monitor business system
Experience working with customer standards and Ecovadis
Good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001
Experience in PPAP
Experience with tight tolerances, cleanliness requirements, and complex details
